逐字录音笔不收集你的任何个人信息。录音、转写、区分说话人全程在你的 iPhone 上处理。我们没有服务器，没有账号系统，也没有接入任何统计、广告或崩溃上报工具。逐字录音笔联网只连苹果的官方服务：你打开的 iCloud 同步、App Store 购买，和你选了其他语言时下载转写模型。

存在你设备上的信息

以下信息只保存在你的 iPhone 上，我们看不到，也不会发给我们。删除逐字录音笔会一并删除它们：

• 录音：录的和导入的音频。录完压缩成 m4a 保存。
• 文稿：转写出的文字、每段的时间、发言人和你起的名字、你改过的字、录音时打的标记。
• 术语词表：你加的人名、单位和专业词，只用来在本机改同音字。
• 锁屏和灵动岛上的录音计时：录音名和录了多久，只在这台手机上显示，录完就收起。
• 设置和你的选择：文件夹、转写语言、中文用不用繁体字、默认导出格式、播放速度、面容 ID 锁和 iCloud 同步开没开、买没买过 Pro、试用用了几条，都存在本机。

普通话的转写、加标点、区分说话人用的模型随 App 一起安装，在本机运行，不需要联网。英语、粤语、日语、韩语的转写模型要用到时才下载（见下方「联网」），下载好以后同样只在本机运行。iPhone 的整机备份（iCloud 云备份、备份到电脑）会带上这些信息。

iCloud 同步

默认关着，你在「设置」里打开才同步。打开以后，录音的音频、文稿、名字和文件夹同步到你自己的 iCloud 私有数据库，只有登录同一个 Apple 账户的设备读得到；在中国大陆，iCloud 由云上贵州运营。录音名和文件夹名先加密再同步；音频和文稿由 iCloud 按你的账户加密保存。我们没有办法看你 iCloud 里的东西。关掉同步，这台手机上的录音一条都不会少；iCloud 里的副本被删了、换了 iCloud 账号时，同步会先停下来问你，不会删这台手机上的录音。

联网：只连苹果的官方服务

• Apple 的 iCloud：只在你打开了 iCloud 同步时，和你自己的 iCloud 同步。
• Apple 的 App Store：你在 Pro 页点了购买或「恢复购买」以后，买 Pro、恢复购买，以及之后每次打开时核对一遍是否买过（家人共享、退款要能收到）。交易由 Apple 处理，我们拿不到你的支付信息。
• 从苹果的服务器下载转写模型：只在你选了英语、粤语、日语、韩语，并点了「下载」以后，下载这几种语言共用的转写模型（约 230 MB）。模型放在苹果的服务器上，由 iOS 下载到这台手机；这一步只是取回模型文件，和你的录音、文字无关。可以在「设置」里删掉，要用时再下载。

除此之外，逐字录音笔不联网；转写、区分说话人在断网、飞行模式下照样能用（英语、粤语、日语、韩语要先把模型下载好）。「设置」里的「隐私政策」「使用帮助和反馈」会在 Safari 里打开本网站。

录音

• 只在你点了录音键以后才录。录音时 App 里、锁屏和灵动岛上显示「录音中」和计时（在系统设置里关掉了实时活动时，锁屏和灵动岛上不显示，状态栏上照样有系统的麦克风提示）。
• 录音时边录边转的字、录完以后的整理（区分说话人、按人重新转写、加标点）都在这台手机上做。锁屏以后接着整理时，锁屏上会显示进度。
• 录下别人说话之前，请先告诉在场的人并征得同意。

导入、导出和分享

从「文件」、微信、语音备忘录导入，导出 TXT、Word、PDF、SRT 字幕，复制全文，把录音发到微信，走的都是系统的文件选择、分享面板和剪贴板，东西去哪儿由你选。导出的文件不加密。逐字录音笔不读剪贴板，只在你点「复制全文」时往里放字。

权限用途

• 麦克风：录音。
• 通知：锁屏或切到别的 App 时，录音整理好了告诉你一声。
• 面容 ID：只在你打开了「面容 ID 锁」时，打开 App 用来验证，由系统验证，我们拿不到你的面容数据。
• 无线数据（中国大陆的 iPhone）：iCloud 同步、连接 App Store，和下载转写模型。

逐字录音笔不申请定位、通讯录、相册和语音识别权限。以上权限都是第一次用到时才问，都可以拒绝；拒绝通知、面容 ID、无线数据都不影响录音和普通话转写。

儿童

我们不收集任何人的个人信息，也包括儿童的。

这份政策的变更

如有变更，我们会更新本页面并修改上方的生效日期。如果将来的版本要为别的事情联网，会先写在这里和更新说明里。

隱私權政策

逐字錄音筆不蒐集你的任何個人資料。錄音、轉寫、區分說話人全程在你的 iPhone 上處理。我們沒有伺服器，沒有帳號系統，也沒有接入任何分析、廣告或當機回報工具。逐字錄音筆連網只連 Apple 的官方服務：你打開的 iCloud 同步、App Store 購買，以及你選了其他語言時下載轉寫模型。

存在你裝置上的資料

以下資料只保存在你的 iPhone 上，我們看不到，也不會傳給我們。刪除逐字錄音筆會一併刪除它們：

• 錄音：錄的和匯入的音訊，錄完壓縮成 m4a 保存。
• 文稿：轉寫出的文字、每段的時間、說話人和你取的名字、你改過的字、錄音時加的標記。
• 術語詞表：你加的人名、單位和專業詞，只用來在本機修正同音字。

iCloud 同步

錄音

• 只在你點了錄音鍵以後才錄。錄音時 App 裡、鎖定畫面和動態島上顯示「錄音中」和計時（在系統設定裡關掉了即時動態時，鎖定畫面和動態島上不顯示，狀態列上照樣有系統的麥克風提示）。
• 錄音時邊錄邊轉的字、錄完以後的整理（區分說話人、按人重新轉寫、加標點）都在這台手機上做。鎖定螢幕以後繼續整理時，鎖定畫面上會顯示進度。
• 錄下別人說話之前，請先告訴在場的人並徵得同意。

匯入、匯出和分享

從「檔案」、語音備忘錄、微信匯入，匯出 TXT、Word、PDF、SRT 字幕，複製全文，分享錄音，用的都是系統的檔案選擇、分享表單和剪貼簿，東西去哪裡由你選。匯出的檔案不加密。逐字錄音筆不讀取剪貼簿，只在你點「複製全文」時寫入。

權限用途

• 麥克風：錄音。
• 通知：鎖定螢幕或切到別的 App 時，錄音整理好了通知你一聲。
• Face ID：只在你打開了「Face ID 鎖定」時，打開 App 用來驗證，由系統驗證，我們拿不到你的臉部資料。

逐字錄音筆不要求定位、聯絡人、照片和語音辨識權限。以上權限都是第一次用到時才詢問，都可以拒絕；拒絕通知、Face ID 都不影響錄音和轉寫。

兒童

我們不蒐集任何人的個人資料，也包括兒童的。

本政策的變更

如有變更，我們會更新本頁面並修改上方的生效日期。如果將來的版本要為別的事情連網，會先寫在這裡和更新說明裡。

Privacy Policy

Word for Word · Effective date: October 4, 2026

Word for Word (逐字录音笔) does not collect any of your personal information. Recording, transcription and speaker separation are processed entirely on your iPhone. We run no servers, have no account system, and use no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools. The only online services the app uses are Apple’s own: iCloud Sync if you turn it on, the App Store for purchases, and downloading transcription models when you choose another language.

Information stored on your device

The following stays on your iPhone. We cannot see it and it is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes it:

• Recordings: audio you record or import, compressed to m4a after recording.
• Transcripts: transcribed text, timings, speakers and the names you give them, your corrections, and marks made while recording.
• Glossary: names and terms you add, used only on the device to fix words that sound alike.
• Recording timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island: the recording’s name and elapsed time, shown only on this iPhone and removed when recording ends.
• Settings and choices: folders, transcription language, whether Chinese is written in Traditional characters, default export format, playback speed, whether Face ID Lock and iCloud Sync are on, whether you bought Pro, and how many Pro tries you used.

The Mandarin speech recognition, punctuation and speaker models are installed with the app and run on the device without a network connection. The model for English, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean is downloaded only when you need it (see “Going online” below), and it too runs only on the device. iPhone backups (iCloud Backup, backups to a computer) include this information.

iCloud Sync

Off by default; it syncs only after you turn it on in Settings. Audio, transcripts, names and folders then sync to your own private iCloud database, readable only by devices signed in to the same Apple Account; in mainland China, iCloud is operated by GCBD (Guizhou-Cloud Big Data). Recording and folder names are encrypted before they are synced; audio and transcripts are stored by iCloud encrypted with your account. We have no way to see what is in your iCloud. Turning sync off never removes a recording from this iPhone; if the iCloud copy is deleted or you switch iCloud accounts, sync pauses and asks you first, and never deletes recordings on this iPhone.

Going online: Apple’s services only

• Apple iCloud: only while iCloud Sync is on, with your own iCloud.
• Apple’s App Store: after you tap Buy or Restore Purchases on the Pro page — for buying Pro, restoring purchases, and a check at each later launch so Family Sharing and refunds come through. Transactions are handled by Apple; we never receive your payment information.
• Transcription model downloads from Apple’s servers: only after you choose English, Cantonese, Japanese or Korean and tap Download, the model these languages share (about 230 MB) is downloaded. The model is hosted by Apple and downloaded to this iPhone by iOS; this step only fetches the model file and doesn’t involve your recordings or text. You can delete it in Settings and download it again when needed.

Apart from this, the app does not go online; transcription and speaker separation work offline and in Airplane Mode (for English, Cantonese, Japanese and Korean, once the model has been downloaded). The Privacy Policy and Help & Feedback links in Settings open this website in Safari.

Recording

• The app records only after you tap the record button. While recording, “Recording” and a timer are shown in the app, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island (if Live Activities are turned off in Settings, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show nothing, but the system’s microphone indicator still appears in the status bar).
• Live transcription and the processing after recording (speaker separation, re-transcription per speaker, punctuation) run on this iPhone. When processing continues after you lock the phone, its progress is shown on the Lock Screen.
• Please tell the people present and get their consent before recording them.

Import, export and sharing

Importing from Files, Voice Memos and WeChat, exporting TXT, Word, PDF and SRT subtitles, copying the full text, and sharing audio all use the system file picker, share sheet and clipboard, so you decide where things go. Exported files are not encrypted. The app never reads the clipboard; it only writes to it when you tap Copy All Text.

Permissions

• Microphone: to record.
• Notifications: to tell you when a recording has finished processing while the phone is locked or you are in another app.
• Face ID: only if you turn on Face ID Lock, to unlock the app. iOS does the check; we never receive your face data.
• Wireless Data (iPhones sold in mainland China): for iCloud Sync, the App Store and model downloads.

The app does not ask for location, contacts, photo library or speech recognition access. Every permission is requested the first time it is needed and can be declined; declining notifications, Face ID or wireless data does not affect recording or Mandarin transcription.

Children

We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future version needs to go online for anything else, it will be written here and in the release notes first.
